July Photo Contest Winner - Steph

We are excited to share the results of our July photo contest where we asked you to submit photos of your first fish caught on the fly. Congrats to Steph H!

She shared this story about this catch:

This was actually my 3rd fish on the fly rod but my first time out was too hectic for me to remember to take a picture! This catch was on the Gunpowder and this time I was so excited I remembered the picture!! The river conditions weren't ideal so I was just hoping to learn and practice a new skill but was so stoked the actually catch my first trout! I caught this one with a sexy Walt's worm.

We can all relate to that feeling of being overwhelmed when a fish took the line and love how memorable this was for Steph.
