Tidal Basin Fishing

One of the neat things about living in the Washington, DC metro area is the abundance of places to fish. We’ve got the waters of the Shenandoah, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Maryland all in our back yard. But Washington, DC? Yep! We fish it too!

Today we headed out to fish the scenic tidal basin. Lots of fish were caught and we enjoyed incredible views of the national monuments while getting to cast into one of the nation’s most well-known waters.
