Introducing Reel Reads Book Club

We all wish we could fish every day, but if you can’t, the next best thing is to think about fishing every day. And what better way to force yourself to think about fishing than through the new CWA book club, Reel Reads!

Reel Reads is a is a monthly book club for the members of our fishing group - and it’s another excuse to get together and socialize.

One book a month.

Great conversation.

Probably snacks.

Definitely opinions about fish.

We will read fiction, nonfiction, memoir, and the occasional true crime. The only requirement is that the book connects somehow to water, fish, or the wild places we love.

Reel Reads will meet monthly, starting 21 July 2026 at 7pm. Meetings will be held via Zoom (link can be found in the event page).
